Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation.
This is a foundation that I've been trying out for a while now, but I've held back from doing a review for a bit longer just because it's a pricey one.
At £29.50 for 30mls it's definitely the most I've forked out for a product so far.
However, i have to say, it's worth it. I am totally in love with this foundation. The coverage is quite full, but feels lightweight. It has great lasting power, lasting all day, but doesn't smudge or come off on your clothes. (Handy if you've got a day of trying on outfits! Haha)
This foundation also feels hydrating on your skin, instead of leaving it feeling dey or cracked. Plus once I take it off at night, my skin still feels hydrated and smooth.
I went to the Estée Lauder counter and had a foundation shade match, so it could be as close to my natural skin tone as possible.
She marched me up to Pure Beige, which is not the palest shade, and combats the redness I sometimes suffer from.
So overall I am totally loving this foundation. Although the price does sting, in my opinion it's worth it for the quality of the product.
